My most inspiring professors have been lecturers.

We are UC’s teaching faculty. We lead introductiory and advanced courses, small workshops, and huge lectures. We love our work. Our students learn from us about electrical engineering, psychology, art and art history, foreign languages, business, law, and writing. Our teaching draws on our research expertise, which ranges from political communications to insect microbiology, from the Arab Spring revolutions to the neuroscience of spiritual experience. We advise and prepare our students for graduate school, the workforce, and participation in civic life. Graduating students will have taken at least one-third of their credits with us. We have studied all over the world. We are from all places and backgrounds.
